I have not been 100% forthright gentle reader. I have not included all of my training in this web log. I have been doing a ton of static stretching and mobility work on my hips, mostly because I wanted to test what I was doing before I discussed it in depth.
So far things seem to be progressing, and yesterday (for the first time in years) I did some free squats without back pain. They were very (very) light, but they were well executed and full ROM. This was just a test, but I'm excited about the results.
More on this as I get things worked out a bit more.
