Crap training session today. I've been hitting pretty serious deadlift numbers of late (most recently 6 at 410) but today I barely eked out 2 at 435. I've been doing a lot of conditioning with kbs since I can't roll, and I went into this session a little sore (particularly upper back, and ham hocks) but not nearly enough to justify two stinkin reps.
oh well time to deload.
