It was supposed to snow somethin' fierce today.. So far not a flake.
Quick training update:
all warm-up sets done as low box squats.
Work sets were good mornings:
5x5 at 265 goal is 5x5 at 345
I was going to do a cluster set of 12 at 185. I grossly underestimated my abilities as I cracked off all 12 reps in a row.
dropped down to 135 and did 20.
worked up to 5 reps at 4 plates, then set of 3.
