Training yesterday:
good mornings:
5 at 275 x5
then:
1x hang clean
5x OHP
5x bent row
at 135
x5
then:
2x chins
5x dips
x5 (no rest)
then
x2
This morning:
jones crawl:
10x deadlift (conventional) at 275
25x box jump
this was brutal, but reasonable.
Then
loads of stretching and a couple attempted muscle-ups
didn't quite make it. I think the issue is technical rather than capacity.. more on this as it comes.
