Feeling much better.
Just did some light supersets last night:

Pull throughs 10/pull-ups 5
x3

bent rows 10/ohp 8 @ 135
x3

push-ups and dips
100 total reps.

I'm feeling pretty good today.
tonight I'm going to get some heavyish squats, and lots of rows.
