Squat, thrust, push, row, clean, press, crawl.

warm-up:
10 min kb stuff (swings, cleans, whatever.. sets of 5-10) and chins sets of 3.

work:
Man-makers: 5@30lb dumbells
bear crawl:10m@30lb dumbells
x5
no rest.

Getting back into the swing of things.
The flu this weekend took a lot of my.. sharpness? efficiency? I just feel flat and sluggish.
It'll come around.
