I was awarded two stripes today. Really a proud moment. It's great to have your efforts recognized.
Friday's workout:
sled pulls: tire+90lbs across parking lot and back
whip smash/dumbell bear crawl @30 each hand
kb snatch @ 44.
Sled pull is the timer. Everyone works till the puller makes the round trip then everyone switches.
3x no rest
Then a station of rest was added and we went through 3 more times.
