Dead on.. and on and on.

warm up:
mobility drills, x-band walks, OHS w/ broomstick.
1x30@315.
No bouncing the bar, It must remain 'dead' between reps. You can stop to breathe. Longest break was 5 breaths.
Total killer.

then:
Glute-hams
4x10 vs mm band.

then Jitz.
technique, and sparring.

Not saying when I'll get around to doing it, but it's on there. Sort of like Ben Hur on my Netflix...

It's a beaut, make sure you're technique is spot on, or you'll quickly regret it.
