Rest.

Tonight's leg work:

4x5 OHS broomstick

Squats:
all triples @225+chains.
60 sec rest
45 sec
30 sec
15 sec
60 sec

Deads:
3x1@405 w/ 30 sec
60 sec rest
2x1 @425w/ 30 sec

Then skill and drill at Jitz.
Wish me luck.. I'll tell you why in a couple days.
