Return of the food blogging.

When I did the paleo 60 days I posted pictures of my dinners. Selfishly it's a good way to keep an eye on portions, and document what I'm cooking.. so here we go. The return of the dinner pics.

Meatballs in red sauce. Pastured Pork and Grass-fed beef filled out with ground mushrooms, fennel, and carrot.

Smoked short ribs and salad.

Pork steak and asparagus (with garlic and tomato)

Rotisserie chicken,  salad with avocado (no time to cook)

Seared yellowfin tuna, plantains over sauteed greens.

BBQ pork shoulder and salad

baked salmon with avocado butter, and steamed artichokes.

lamb and cauliflower in red coconut curry.
Please let me know if you like or dislike this series.
Also if you want any recipes drop a comment in the dooblie doo and I'll post it (as best I can).

I dig it, and it all looks really good! Your seared tuna even looks like steak.

Surprised to see no comment, "Pork /Steak/? What the heck is pork steak?" =)

It all looks very good.
Can't get fish like that in the Midwest.

How'd you do the plantains? They look very yummy.

Yeah, the lighting turned out funny for that picture.

CES, pork steaks are $1.99/lb out here. No one buys them. They're scrap.

Christine:
Most important thing is to get RIPE plantains, put in a couple tablespoons of olive oil and pan fry on fairly low temp. Throw in some salt, maybe some garlic. I have tried every other method, and if you roast they either stick, burn, or turn into goo.
Thanks for the feedback folks!
