Nag nag nag.

I have some nagging injuries that are bugging me (hip, neck, back), and I can't decide if I want to be aggressive and go after them, or train around them.. So the very common paralysis by over-analysis rears it's ugly head. This week is another jiu-jitsu only.. then.. stuff.
till then..

I'll chime in. I was in a similar predicament. Hamstring/shoulder/neck etc. So for 8 weeks, I dropped everything else and started Robertson's Neanderthal No More plan on T-nation. 4 weeks of the first program, 4 weeks of the advanced program. I have to say it SUCKED for the first few weeks. But then I actually got some gains from it and it helped me out a lot injury-wise. That was back in July. I have to say it's about that time I do it again, cause low and behold, my injuries have popped up again. But, this was probably the longest they've held off for in about 4-5 years. I know it sucks, but it does pay to bite the bullet sometimes. Appreciate your blog man.

Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment.
A lot of my orthopedic issues stem from the constant full contact sparring in jiu-jitsu. I actually have most of my mobility issues figured out (finally), and my posture is good. I just happen to be at a crossroads.. more on that today.
Mike's NNM program is excellent. He's a very smart dude.
If the pain keeps coming back, either you're not staying on the NNM program long enough to fix your posture, you've 'broken' something and need to see an orthopedist, or whatever you're going back to is hurting you.
But then I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know, but figuring out which is going to be the key to staying healthy.
Thanks for reading.
Keep coming around!
