bench work on tuesday:
worked up to 6 at 220
1a rows:
10/10, 8/8, 6/6 at 95
chins:
some
squat work today:
took forever for my hips to open up.
Over head squats:
4-5 sets of 3 at 95
1 clean, 3 front squats:
worked up to 185.
Progress is progressive.
Deload starts tomorrow.. I need it. I'm pooped.
