This morning went to class had a few rolls. Moving pretty well, but my gas is still in pretty short supply. It's getting better, but not quite there. I am very sore from the deadlifts yesterday. Increasing volume will always make you sore.
This afternoon did 20x 1 minute on 1 minute off with a light prowler. Slowly built intensity. Felt good, helped loosen me up. Did a good bit of stretching after.
Class again tomorrow.
Then an accessory lift.
