Busy day at work, so this will be short.
Deadlift day in the gym:
5 at 315
3 at 355
7 at 395
deadlifts week by week:
week 1: 461
week 2: 487
week 3: 487
seems pretty consistent to me.
Hopefully I'll be able to push this up as time goes on.
RDLs:
3 x 8 at 225 very strict
Single Leg Squats:
3 x 8/8 at bw.
