30/30 kb snatches
40 box jumps
50 1 arm kb swings

Yesterday:
class and open mat
Intervals on the hand bike:
5min @ 180 watts
2 min rest
3 min @ 200
2 min rest
1 min @ 240 watts
Then spent about a half an hour fooling around with the TRX suspension trainer.
