Pull!!

last night's workout was all about pulling:

Hand over hand:
(50ft rope tied to a tire with 2x45# on it)

box jumps:
20@24"

pull ups:
5@bw

renegade rows:
10/10 @ 35

burpees with a ball slam:
10 @ 12 lb med ball
(down, out, in, pick up ball, up, all the way over head, slam, down...)
3 rounds straight.
