Not easy, but could have been harder..

hang clean and squat@135
1 rep every 30 sec for 10 minutes.

kb snatch and TGU
1 rep every 30 sec for 5 minutes each side.
20 minutes of straight work.

The second half of this was tough, but the first half was either not enough load or too much rest.
I'll have to look at this further.
