I had a couple of good rolls at BJJ on monday, but my toes are all scabby from mat burn. I think I've told you this. It's really bugging me.
So last night I decided to lift at the boathouse so that I could do so barefoot:

Hey thanks for the comment! I hope you are enjoying BJJ. What school do you train at? It's absolutely awesome. I can't say I've ever gotten mat burned toes, but I have my share of bruises. When I don't wear a gi my legs look like I have leprosy, haha.
No problem.
It is a blast. I've only been at it for a few weeks. I train at Ballard BJJ.
I have no bruises, but my big toes have scabs on them. It's pretty gnarly.
