This was the first time I've done any free squatting in a long time. They went great. A2G, my heels came up a bit but my hips were great.

Then off to class.
I am toast. Had some more bad job news today. That and total glycogen depletion had me pretty down. I've got some food in my belly, and I'm feeling better.
