Our condo assn. has decided to put a new roof on the building.. next month. We are being "assessed." I have till the beginning of September to come up with about a grand.
There is nothing immediately wrong with the roof. It will "need to be done in the next year or so." The others in our building "just want to get it done before the winter." Since they all have the scratch, they don't give a damn that we don't. JERKS.
